海外售前工程師（英語）雙休

主要工作職責：
A. 負責海外招投標及訂單技術可行性評審，主導技術談判，推動雙方技術上達成一致，積極配合實現(xiàn)訂單。
Do technical feasibility assessment of bidding and contracts for oversea markets, leading technical negotiation to get consensus on technology items, and actively support to win the order。
B. 負責核算合同或標書因特殊技術要求而產(chǎn)生的Cost adder以供銷售端確定最終售價。
Calculate the cost adder generated by the contract or tender due to special technical requirement to help sales to determine final price.
C. 負責將合同特殊技術需求, 質量標準, 特殊物料，特殊認證，測試等要求傳遞給工廠以便順利完成訂單生產(chǎn)、驗貨并交付;
Transfer the contract special technical request, such as special quality request, BOM, certification, testing request to Quality team to complete the order fulfillment.
D. 主導客戶或客戶委托的第三方機構進行參觀或者審核。
Lead to arrange customer visit or audit request.
E. 整合內部資源，及時為客戶或銷售提供日常系統(tǒng)/產(chǎn)品/技術問題解決方案。
Integrate resource to supply system/product/tech solutions for daily inquiry.
F. 主導客戶定制化產(chǎn)品項目，跨部門進行項目評審，根據(jù)結論推進產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)。
Take the lead of assessment of customized products project. Communicate with customer about the product achievement or alternative proposal.
G. 負責對客戶反饋的各種信息進行匯總、整理，并及時響應，同時將信息遞交相關領導；
Collect information which provided by customers and give feedback meanwhile report to leaders;
H. 業(yè)務熟悉后負責培訓小組新人
Take the lead to train and guide junior level engineer;
I. 負責部門領導安排的其它臨時性工作。

主要工作職責：
A. 根據(jù)公司的市場調研報告和競爭分析，為產(chǎn)品決策、產(chǎn)品系列推出等提供方案。
Based on the company's market research report and competitive analysis, provide solutions for product decisions and product launches.
B. 參與產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃和需求管理，協(xié)助制定產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和特性，編寫產(chǎn)品需求文檔，與技術團隊，市場團隊協(xié)作，按照銷售團隊和客戶要求對產(chǎn)品相關文件進行管控，更新，發(fā)布
Participate in product planning and requirements management, assist with product specifications and features, write product requirements documentation, and work with technical and marketing team to managing, updating and release of all product related documents.
C. 協(xié)助市場部門進行產(chǎn)品推廣
Follow up product development progress and assist Marketing Department in product promotion, solve problems and challenges in the development process, and ensure the smooth development of products.
D. 跟蹤產(chǎn)品銷售情況和客戶反饋，收集和分析市場數(shù)據(jù)，提供產(chǎn)品改進和優(yōu)化的建議。
