職責(zé)描述：

1、負(fù)責(zé)動(dòng)靜設(shè)備（泵閥，壓容等），電氣設(shè)備（整流電源，開關(guān)柜，控制柜等）的供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)造工作。需要熟悉至少其中一種設(shè)備工藝。建立健全監(jiān)造流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并監(jiān)督監(jiān)造流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行情況；

2、負(fù)責(zé)審查設(shè)備制造廠質(zhì)量管理體系，審查設(shè)備制造質(zhì)量計(jì)劃ITP、檢驗(yàn)大綱/規(guī)格、完工報(bào)告等文件；

3、管理委外監(jiān)造單位。參與監(jiān)造單位的評(píng)審，跟蹤、巡視委外監(jiān)造單位的工作，確保監(jiān)造單位按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)監(jiān)造；

4、協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)方關(guān)系，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行進(jìn)度。組織、參加質(zhì)量相關(guān)例會(huì)、專題會(huì)、專項(xiàng)檢查等；

3. Contract reading to identify technical deviations with mitigation measures and release project specific product BOM to manufacturing & sourcing, lead in engineering function during project execution phase until customer handover.
